Included in the Program Fees
          -Tuition and all course materials for the Chinese Language and/or culture activity courses.          -Accommodation - For our homestay programs student will live in the home of a local family. For all other programs students will stay at a comfortable hostel located in one of Beijing's traditional hutongs (two students per room). There are washing machines available to do laundry as well as a laundry mat within 50 yards of the hotel. There is also an Internet room at the hostel.           -Three meals per day for the entire program.
          -All trips and day excursions including transportation, admission fees, hotels, and tours (this is only included in the summer language program fee).
          -Airport pickup/drop off
          -Cell phone rental - Upon arrival each student will receive a cell phone. This phone will be able to receive any international call free of charge.
          -Travel Insurance
Not Included in the Program Fees
          -Airfare - A round trip direct flight from the closest city in your home country to Beijing can be purchased through China Study Link. We can arrange group flights, often at a cheaper price. With this option, you will be sent along with other students who are also coming on the program.          -Medical Insurance - Student must have medical insurance that will not expire prior to the end of the program. If the student's insurance policy was purchased in their home country please make sure that China is covered under the policy.
          -Passport and Chinese visa - Student is expected to have a passport with at least six months validity at the time of departure. Student must obtain a Chinese travel visa before leaving for China. If the student is a citizen of the United States this can be done by contacting one of the six Chinese embassies in the USA. These are located in New York City, Washington D.C., Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
          -Personal expenses - Anything bought that is above and beyond what is laid out under the program fee section. Many students like to buy souvenirs, additional snacks between meals, etc. These expenses are not covered.
