CSL Champion

Job Description:
CSL Champions are individuals who work in spreading the China Study Link name, brand, and programs in their respective countries.  Our CSL Champions range from a distinguished university professor in the USA who believes in what we’re doing to a highly motivated and capable high school student in Germany.

A CSL Champion’s main responsibility is to connect with schools and educational institutions in their home country in order to spread China Study Link’s programs.  They are responsible for staying up-to-date with CSL’s latest projects and offerings as well as maintain relationships with educational institutions and individuals in their area. 

A CSL Champion is expected to be innovative and forward thinking.  There are a number of ways to connect with individuals and institutions abroad and in each country the process may be different. 

Job Requirements:

  • Highly passionate about spreading cultural understanding
  • Interest in China and Chinese culture
  • Self motivated & able to work independently
  • Friendly & confident
  • Ability to quickly adapt and solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary & Benefits:
CSL Champions make a commission-based salary.  If performance is excellent and the individual displays true passion for what we’re doing then a salaried position can be offered.

Commission structure:
A CSL Champion will receive 10% of all tuition paid for any CSL Short term immersion and/or homestay program that materializes from a lead he or she provides.  This commission will stay in effect for as long as the employee is an active CSL Champion.
